SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
Here's what to expect when you engage our Professional Organizers for a project. Our process ensures that we deliver consistent results and that the place stays organized for a long time, regardless of each project's size and scope.
#1. SITE ASSESSMENT
Schedule a site assessment* (45 minutes per room) and tell us your needs and challenges. If you're not sure whether a site assessment is needed, send us some photos on Whatsapp, and we'll let you know.
At the site assessment, we:
Interview you about your lifestyle/ workflow and vision
Measure the site and the furniture (including interior dimensions of any storage furniture)
Take photos to document the site and the items in it
In case you're wondering, the project proper starts only at Step #3.
With the information collected, we come up with a plan to organize your home/ office/ store room in the shortest possible time. After all, who wants to live/ work in a half-finished site? One week after the site assessment, you'll receive a proposal with:
The scope of work
Layout changes (if any)
Storage furniture/ storage racks recommendation
We schedule a start date once you're OK with the proposal.
First, we sort through every item (yes, e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g), so we know your inventory inside-out. This also prepares the site for the next step.
You can stick around and watch us work (not terribly exciting though); or do other things while we work. This step takes half a day, sometimes 1 day (per room).
This is the only step where you need to put in some elbow grease.
We coach you through what to keep (we can't do it for you).
Just make sure you/ your family/ your team put aside some time to do this. Depending on how fast you work, the purge takes between 0.5 to 1 day to complete.
Now sit back, relax, and let us wave our magic wand to put everything in order.
Using the plans in Step #2 as our guide, we are able to finish this part quickly - usually between 0.5 to 1.5 days.

Finally, the "ta-da" moment! In the reveal, we'll
Walk you through where everything is
Explain our rationale, and show you why it is so easy to maintain
Make some final adjustments (where necessary)
Then it's time to enjoy your new room/ office/ store room!
